Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days via USPS
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days via USPS
Overnight Shipping: Monday–Thursday only · must be placed by 2:00 PM CST

International shipping available via UPS. Import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of Artifex Appeal's control.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.

Exceptions are only considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery. All claims must be submitted via email at artifexappeal@gmail.com with photos of the item(s), your order number, and packing slip. DMs and text messages will not be accepted.

Sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Lost, Stolen & Returned Packages

Artifex Appeal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier will not be reshipped — please contact the carrier directly.

Returned packages must be claimed within 2 days. Reshipment fees apply: $10 standard · $20 express. If reshipment is declined, store credit will be issued excluding shipping costs.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.
