Policies & Terms.

Please review our policies before placing an order. By purchasing from Artifex Appeal, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Pickup Orders: Processed within 3–4 business days. Must be picked up within 7 business days or the order will be canceled without a refund.

U.S. Shipping Timeframes
  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days via USPS
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days via USPS
  • Overnight Shipping: Available Monday–Thursday only. Must be placed by 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed on Fridays are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of Artifex Appeal's control and are not considered a company issue. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via UPS.

  • Economy International: 6–10 business days
  • Express International: 3–6 business days

Artifex Appeal is not responsible for import taxes, customs fees, or tariff duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen & Returned Packages
  • Lost or Stolen: Artifex Appeal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier will not be reshipped. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Wrong Address: Artifex Appeal is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
  • Returned to Sender: Must be claimed within 2 days to be resent. Reshipment fees apply — $10 for standard or $20 for express. If reshipment is declined, store credit will be issued excluding shipping costs.

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and paid for, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Exceptions

Exceptions are only considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items that meet our eligibility requirements and are reported within the required timeframe.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • All inquiries must be submitted via email at artifexappeal@gmail.com — DMs or text messages will not be accepted.
  • Include clear photos of the item(s), your order number, and a clear photo of the packing slip.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible.

If eligible and approved, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Items
  • Orders cannot be changed once placed or fulfilled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to customer error.
  • All sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Information We Collect

When you visit or purchase from Artifex Appeal, we may collect the following:

  • Contact details including your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Payment information processed securely through Shopify
  • Transaction details including items purchased, order history, and payment confirmation
  • Device and usage information including IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our site
How We Use Your Information
  • To process and fulfill your orders
  • To communicate with you about your order or account
  • To send marketing and promotional communications (you may opt out at any time)
  • To improve our website and services
  • To comply with legal obligations
Shopify & Third Parties

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Your information is transmitted to and shared with Shopify to provide our services. We may also share your information with trusted third-party service providers for payment processing, shipping, and marketing purposes.

Artifex Appeal does not sell your personal information to third parties.
